The whole process from finding the car, to driving it away having bought it was exactly how buying a car should be. Andy is an absolutely top bloke to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble for him, there was no hassle whatsoever, and he answered every question or worry we had throughout the process. He was always available at the end of the phone on a call or message, nothing was too much trouble for him! I would recommend Andy and Modus to everyone. A genuinely nice, down to earth bloke who was incredibly easy to deal with. Amazing service!

Great Service and After Sales

Absolutely great customer service from the guys at Modus. Even after I bought the car from them I had an engine light flick on. Andy reassured me that these can come on for all kinds of reasons and more than likely to be a sensor if the car was driving alright. It was, and he was right, we code read the car and a sensor (O2 I believe) was ordered and duly fitted at no expense to myself. I genuinely believe these guys will do all they can to ensure their customers leave happy. As Andy explained, cars need to be driven constantly and when they've been stood even for a couple of weeks or so, lights can come on when they resume active service. Common sense really, after all they are a mass of moving parts both mechanical and electrical. Andy and Graham are knowledgable and have restored my faith in used car dealers after some bad experiences with others. Thanks again guys!
