Top class service from start to finish,i bought a kia sportage from modus in which I'm extremely happy with,i got it at a decent price & also received a decent price for my trade-in car.After a week the reverse camera stopped working & Andy had the problem resolved straight away in having a new one fitted and even supplied me with a courtesy car for the day so that i wasn't inconvenienced (he even brought the car to me),I'm completely happy with my overall experience in purchasing a car from modus & would definitely buy from them again & Andy is a genuinely nice guy.

Excellent customer service start to finish. Bought a 19 reg Citroen C5 Aircross at a very reasonable price and they agreed to replace the wet belt prior to sale at no additional cost. Before I agreed to the work I went to inspect the car and was pleased with the condition and it drove perfectly. Once this was completed I went to collect and drove it 1-2 miles to get used to the car before leaving. Unfortunately, just as I was about to begin my journey home a warning light came on as a result of a sensor based issue. Andy was very quick to come and inspect the car and run a diagnosis. He informed me he would get it booked into the mechanic as soon as possible. Unfortunately the mechanic was unable to find the issue, so the car was booked into a main Citroen dealer. At this point I was politely offered a full refund due to the long wait time, which I refused. Once the car went to Citroen, the issue was found and dealt with quickly, which was as expected linked to a sensor. Due to the long wait, Andy offered to deliver it free of charge. I have now driven the car nearly 500 miles myself and have had no issues with it and am very pleased. Would highly recommend

Absolutely by far the best car buying experience I’ve had. As I’m a mechanic by trade and I’ve bought tens of cars this one was a breeze. Andy the seller makes sure you have exactly what you need whether that’s information, history or time to check every detail out in the car before making your decision. The process is made even easier with the communication that Andy provides. Will be definitely keeping an eye on stock and seeing if anything else comes to my fancy. Once I arrived I met Andy who is very pleasant and down to earth. He showed me around the car I came to look at and left me to it with no pressure or looking over your shoulder the whole time like you get at other garages. They were even happy to stay open after hours for me to collect the car I had purchased. All in all a very relaxing easy place to buy a car from.
