I enquired about a vehicle I had seen advertise. The Sale Advosr Andy was polite and professional throughout the call and quick to find rhe information require. Although I didn't purchase the vehicle, the service I have received is definately recommendable not pushy just friendly polite and professional.

I have purchased a new car this week with Modus Motor Company Knottingley. Andy Couldn’t have been more helpful and efficient. From the minute we made contact to enquire about the car to the moment of purchasing, the whole process was really smooth. Everything was ready on the day for collection and all paperwork completed prior to arrival thank you to the company. We were made to feel at ease and reassured in what can often be a stressful time when purchasing a new car. I am really happy with my new car, it is absolutely immaculate and sold as advertised. We will definitely back in contact to see what’s on offer if we ever need to purchase another car. Thank you

Top service and warranty

Traded in a cabriolet for a newer model, the following day there was an issue with the clutch and the car could not be driven, Andy arranged for the car to be collected and a courtesy car to be delivered whilst the garage repaired it. He also replaced the brakes and pads, re-serviced it whilst it was in and delivered, it back once the work was completed. Things go wrong with cars unfortunately but I received the best service from Andy and his dad who genuinely wanted me to be 100% happy with my new car, I have had a few cars over the years but this is the best service I have received.

I recently bought an Audi A3 Cabriolet from Andy at Modus Motors. From start to finish it was an absolute pleasure dealing with this friendly family run business. Andy couldn't have done any more for me. I test drove a few cars and narrowed the choice down to a Mini Convertible or the Audi. They included a full 12 months MOT and 6 months tax which was a great way to help me owning my new car. From the first viewing to collecting the car my experience was hassle free with no pressure sales techniques used. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buying a new car. They have plenty of cars to choose from at great prices. Many thanks to Andy and team once again.
