What can I say except for absolutely exceptional service. Graham & Andy so looked after me with my purchase of my Jaguar, they had 4 brand new tyres fitted for when I collected car. I can honestly one of the best if not the best service I’ve ever received. I will most definitely recommend Modus motor company if you are looking for a new car. Thank you to both of you for your personal service and a fantastic experience. Best wishes you in the future. Absolutely 5 star.

First class service from Andy, would recommend, purchased a great Alfa Romeo, was exactly as described in the advert and they delivered the car 200 miles to my door.

Do not buy, car arrived with issues they didn’t tell us about, first time we drove over 4 miles it overheated and went into limp mode, we wanted a refund they refused and said they will fix, had the car back over 3 weeks now and no idea when we are getting it back, bad communication takes a day to reply to a message

Some context - 2015 (9 Year Old) Evoque done 67k miles - £12,480. I believe you had the car 3 Weeks and we didn’t hear a peep. Therefore there can’t have been any problems “we knew about”, can they..? You then rang reporting the following - The car overheated, the windscreen leaked in the torrential rain that we had with Storm Darragh and the sunblind on the panoramic roof didn’t open / close. We tried to have your expert mechanics who you value so highly look at the car to save us all inconvenience, but sadly they couldn’t diagnose a simple thermostat blockage and refused to work on the car..?? We therefore had it collected from Tewksbury 150 miles and 3 1/2hrs away from us and tended to all problems, new thermostat and housing, new sunblind motor, and refitted the windscreen (all common problems on Evoques) all at a cost to us in excess of a £1,000 and then subsequently returned the car back down to you. You also know full well that Jaguar Land Rover were out of the thermostat and housing part required and therefore we had to wait a little longer than we all wanted to source one elsewhere. We therefore thank you for your kind review and I sincerely hope you don’t have any further issues with the car as I don’t think we will be quite as accommodating next time. Graham

I enquired about a vehicle I had seen advertise. The Sale Advosr Andy was polite and professional throughout the call and quick to find rhe information require. Although I didn't purchase the vehicle, the service I have received is definately recommendable not pushy just friendly polite and professional.

I have purchased a new car this week with Modus Motor Company Knottingley. Andy Couldn’t have been more helpful and efficient. From the minute we made contact to enquire about the car to the moment of purchasing, the whole process was really smooth. Everything was ready on the day for collection and all paperwork completed prior to arrival thank you to the company. Traded in a cabriolet for a newer model, the following day there was an issue with the clutch and the car could not be driven, Andy arranged for the car to be collected and a courtesy car to be delivered whilst the garage repaired it. He also replaced the brakes and pads, re-serviced it whilst it was in and delivered, it back once the work was completed. Things go wrong with cars unfortunately but I received the best service from Andy and his dad who genuinely wanted me to be 100% happy with my new car, I have had a few cars over the years but this is the best service I have received.
